or how to practice your English and do some physical exercise at the same time!
So, we decided to have our meetings outdoors, to learn/teach while walking in nature!
While walking, we used to speak and conduct phone call simulations and
interview simulations, all in English. It was an extraordinary experience - we
both enjoyed these walking sessions so much, feeling we managed to kill two
birds with one stone.
A few
years ago, shortly after I started my business, a young woman contacted me,
saying she needed some practice with her English for work. She had quite a
senior position in the HR department of a big and successful company. She wanted
to improve her spoken English for interviewing candidates, speaking on the
phone and so on.
We were
about the same age, we both had young children and some shared interests and we
enjoyed working together. At some point, we realized that we both wanted to do
some more physical exercise and found it challenging to fit it into our busy
schedules (on top of work, kids and… life)

I like to think of it as creative teaching. I believe, that teaching should not be restricted to
the traditional books and classroom, as there are countless ways to practice
a language.
